Kerr Village, Oakville, Ontario
Kerr Village has become a wonderful revitalized neighbourhood in OldOakville. It is bounded by Lake Ontario to the south Dorval to the west and Sixteen Mile Creek to the East and North. Kerr Village has a unique character with a wonderful pedestrian street environment filled with shops and restaurants. There is a variety of property types from fixer uppers to luxury town homes and custom built homes overlooking the harbour to upper scale condominiums. Charming historic homes and 1.5 storey homes are also found in the Kerr Village area. There is shopping for everyone in Old Oakville. The closest highway to the Old Oakville and Kerr Village areas would be the QEW, plus both highways 403 and 407 are easily accessible.
